How to reinstall crystal report when harddisk fail

Hi. i installed my crystal report v11 into laptop. but my laptop hardisk crash and i tried to re-install crystal report but it keep prompting me to register the licence.

i have already registered once before so i can't register again cos i don't have the registration no.

what can i do esp i only have 1 and only 1 crystal report licence.
