Legacy Power Supply??? what is it?

I just recently had to RMA my BFG 1000watt PS and once the new one shipped, I asked to find out what the replaced one is and BFG told me a "Legacy PSU - 1000W". To the best of my knoledge there is no brand Legacy, any ideas what brand it may be?

A bit worrying that they don't list a 1000w PSU under the Legacy line on their web site though.
