Help, need help choosing which of the following is best card

hello, i need a low end card for viewing fullscreen video streaming and need help choosing. (i have a p4 2.4 gig 512 ram and no video card, agp 8x). im not looking to play new games, just view streaming vids without the framerate being horrible and choppy.
they all look the same to me so please help me choose or suggest a better one at this price of $40 or so. (hope im posting the right info concerning the cards)
