Hi guys, I recently installed another 9800GTX+ in my system for SLi.
I also OCed my CPU slightly from 3.0 to 3.2 GHZ (e8400)

My CPU idle temperatures however, spiked to 55'C from 40'C before the upgrades, and
the load temperature spiked to 65'C from 50'C..eventually getting to 70'C before I shut it down.

I restarted my comp, set the CPU back to stock 3.0 GHz speed, and turned up the GPU fans by 20%

My CPU temperatures are back to normal...40'C idle and 50'C load.

So anyone know what went wrong?

* Btw, I have my GTX+ in my first slot, and GTX regular in my 2nd/3rd slot.

Could the GTX be trying to OC to the levels of the GTX+ since the + is in the first slot?

Nvidia Monitor and GPU-Z show the clocks at 675/675 (GTX) and 738/740 (GTX+)
