Hello,

I'm trying to mount Empire Earth III on a DVD for a friend. I have the iso (4.56 GB), but is it possible to mount a 4.56 GB file on a 4.7 GB DVD+rw, because I've read the actual storage on a DVD is only like 4.3 GB

More about : iso dvd

4.7 GB = 4,700,000,000 bytes = 4.38 GiB (as shown in Windows)
There are a few burners which can overburn (ie. write beyond the stated capacity) but this is not recommended even if you have such a burner.
Better to use a double layer disc. Or even better, buy the original game for your friend ;)
