Everything looks pretty good except for your PSU. I would recommend getting a higher quality unit. Personally I like Corais or PC Power & Cooling.

Ya your PSU is the weak point of your build. Stick with companies like Antec, PC Power & Cooling or Crosair. Probally want to be in the 650-850 range, with 650 cutting it close but enough to do the job and 850 being enough to power two cards.

Also if your looking at newegg, might want to look for an antec case and psu combo deal. They ussualy have some good deals.

I don't get it. Why buy a 780a-based expensive motherboard if you don't want SLI? If you do want SLI, and you're decided for GTX 285, you need a PSU capable of taking two GTX 285 cards. nVidia's recommendations range from 1000W to 1200W:

Also, LOL, that MB comes with a free cooler, so why buy the OCZ Vendetta?

If you're OK with one card and don't plan SLI ever then get one of those PC Power & Cooling 750W flavors or a Corsair 750TX.

Edit: you also need something like WD6401AALS, SH-S223F and Vista Home Premium 64-bit OEM.

well i started with a 9600gso video card but i returned it cause it wouldnt run GTAIV and i do wanna SLI the 600 was just because of the price and the PC Power and Cooling does SLI i hear the gtx285 consumes less power then 8800gtx and this PSU powers 2 8800GTX's no problem and 64 bit isnt my deal lol

I have 64-bit Vista and can assure you Steam, Itunes, Firefox, Ccleaner, Ventrilo, and Diskeeper work for sure, the rest i've never used.

If you're willing to spend that much on your graphics, you really ought to consider the 4850X2 video card. In games that handle crossfire well, you get a lot more performance/$ over the GTX285.
