I just assembled this system and when I try to boot, it makes one short beep and then goes to to the logo screen. Then it sits there for a while and then cycles and goes blank. Then it beeps again and goes to the logo screen. Twice Ive made it to the BIOS via the del key. Once I got to the POST screen but none of the control keys work.

Now it wont even go to the logo screen. I shorted the CMOS jumpers but it didnt help. Any thoughts? Thanks everyone.
