Hello,
I recently reinstalled the operating system to clean and speed up my PC. However, it is slow as ever. How do I find and delete non-essencial files?

If you just re-installed things, and did nothing else to it since, and it's slow you need to upgrade your hardware. List your full system specs. Deleting files won't do you any good, there are "optimized" versions of XP that people configure but they tend to shut off just a few too many services for general use.

Start looking at your computer instead of Windows.
