What CPU cooler will fit on a 1366 X58a-ud3r with all RAM occupied?

Hey guys,
I've been running with my i7 960 for a few months and I'm looking to get a new cooler to run the temps colder so I can overclock (current idle temp on the chip is 40-44c). The problem is that I have all RAM slots occupied (12gb of RAM - I use this for audio work) so as I understand it my preferred choice (prolimatech mega shadow) is out of the question (too big).

Does anyone have some recommendations for a cpu cooler that will fit and let me do some overclocking? I've been looking at a number of coolers similar to the prolimatech (thermalright ultra 120, noctua NH-U12P, scythe mugen v2) but the size is a concern.

What model of ram do you have? it would be most helpful to know.

I have Geil PC3 C8 value sticks, 6x2gb.

The case is a pretty basic Thermaltake Wing RS 101.

Well your case is 7.5" wide and your ram is standard profile(30mm).
That is excellent and will allow you to choose pretty much anything on the market.
You should be able to use a Prolimatech(Megahalems,Armageddon,etc).
Other worthy contenders would be the TR Venomous X.
Noctua has some good products but as you know their dimensions are very large.
They'll fit but fill your case right up.
Others might recommend the CM V6GT and the Thermaltake Frio,they won't fit.
