I inadvertently (stupidly) changed the telnet window
properties to "full window". Now I can't figure out how
to restore it to my previous settings (defaults). I use
telnet constantly and need the menu bar to display.

If you mean CommandPrompt window, you can press left Alt+Space while in this
full screen window and edit the Properties.
