Kombustor v1.1.3 - only DX9 avail

Running Win 7 64 bit on X58 with Sapphire 5770 (oc'd @ 950/1350), and installed MSI AFterburner V2.0.0 and the accompanying Kombustor V1.1.3.

Launching Kombustor via any link other than the "Kombustor (DX9)" - fails (err msg: "prog cannot start because d3dx10_42.dll is missing").

Launching via "Kombustor (DX9)" - offers only DX9 in the render path.

Your thoughts?

d3dx10_42.dll is missing = update your directx 10...

I was hesitating to do so ... fresh Win 7 64 bit install. Did not seem right to have to update DirectX.
Perhaps the root cause is something else?

BTW, getting the same err for DX11 as well, and when launching the new executable that automatically launches the right DX test, I get a slightly different err: "missing DX3DCompiler.dll"

Well, even if you fresh install the windows 7, it doesn't hurt to update your directx, just try it first...
