It all depends on what resolution you play at... Plus your CPU my be bottleneck for anything faster than HD4830.

I would invest in a Quad Core or Dual Core CPU and a hd4850 Card, you can find some descent pricing at Newegg for CPU /Mobo combos with a Video Card.

As I said it all depends on the size of your budget.
