Is this a good over clock for gtx 480 sli watercooled

core 871 shader 1742 memory 2021 and i never break 71 Celsius i could go higher and maintain temps but i get artifacting could that be PSU problem.

it appears it happens more so when the core voltage is lowered. if i raise the voltage then it stabilizes but im running a core voltage of 1138 at the moment and if i push the cards anywhere past what im at i get artifacting but my gpus never break 71 Celsius
