Can you boot into Safe Mode ?
  2. I don't know how to do that?
  3. After the DELL screen appears while starting, tap the F8 key will get you into safe mode, but if you have no boot device this probably wont work either.

If you have a selection for Recovery Console, you can use "fixmbr" to create boot record on your hard drive.

If you have a Windows CD:
Startup your computer (pressing F2 key) will take you into setup where you can change your boot sequence to boot from the CD first (before hard drive).

Restart with the CD inserted, and perform a repair function.
  4. Thanks, I will try that!
