What to do after wrong using of CopyWipe

Situation:

-I have a RAID, SCSI, on server. Windows 2003 system hdd.
-I added one IDE hdd for backup. Empty and formatted.
-started copy hdd in CopyWipe programm in DOS and mixed the source and destination HDD
-now I have this RAID look like empty disk.

What to do to restore my RAID hdd as it was before?

Do you have backups if not you are pretty much out of luck unless you find some undelete program which will take a long time to recover the data (if possible).
