does the CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX psu have enough power for two 4870 1GB cards

i was thinking so, but i want to ask your opinions

It only has two PCI-E power connectors and both are needed by a single 4870... thus you may want to get the 750TX for the 4 power connectors or wait for the 4900 series which may need less juice.

Yeah...the PSU has enough juice (52A on the lone 12v rail), but not enough connectors. Bummer =/

it should be fine, each one comes with a molex to 6pin converter, plus i have some left over from my 8800GTS 640MB

came up with mine, which is surprising since it doesnt have 4x6pin for the 2 4870's
