I need help makeing a laptop cooling fan.

I have a Qosmio X305-Q705, and no matter what I do this laptop gets hot. I don't really like the coolers that go on the bottom. I want to make a cooler that goes on the back of the computer where my vent is. I modded a Nyko Intercooler for a Xbox 360 to be powerd by usb but now need some Ideas on mounting it to the case or less someone has other ideas. Does anyone know if there is already coolers of this type and if not why hasent someone made one small and compact to fit on the vents? And what can I do to mod the Intercoolers case to fit on the computers back?
