Command Prompt Not there

I am trying to fix a corrupted zip header and find there is no command prompt in accessories. My problem is that I am getting error: Verdana RGB 228,121,17 defaulting in my font, therefore stopping my file from being validated in epub mode. I have tried to change this without success for three weeks, even combing the document for errors.
Epub Validator indicates a corrupted zip header. Marie
