not all cdma phones use SIM card, same case with this datacard. the prl file/min number ( list of networks to use) is programed into the datacard itself, so no sim card required. the side effect of this is , you cannot use this datacard , that have no SIM slots, with other networks easily. u need to do re-program the datacard. even if you do, other network people dont activate them easily.
