Hello all,

I would like to thank those who contributed to my previous thread concerning a AMD Phenom IIX4 940 BE build:

Antec 900 Case
AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition Processor
Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 1GB Video Card
ASUS M4A79 Deluxe Motherboard
8GB Mushkin DDR2 1066 RAM modules (got to manually configure these to run at 1066 they are currently at 800 default)
Coolmaster Hyper TX2 CPU Cooler
Seagate Barracuda 250GB Hard Drive
Corsair 750Watt Power Supply
2 LG DVD Burners

Might get an add on sound card and looking for some awesome speakers

Might add another video card down the road

System should last me a good 2 years at least I figure

Oh and I want to thank NewEgg for their rush processing and quick shipping...ordered it Wednesday morning and got it all Friday Afternoon. Hardware build in 3 hours then another 3 hours of software updates and installs.

Try Logitech Z-5500 if you want awesome speakers.

Not a bad build at all. With a second video card and a bit of overclocking it should last way more than 2 years

There ya go!

I only put in Seagate 250gb because its clean and I am running it lean...I use laptop and external HD for all the junk.
