Printers Help

When I look back to the late Nintys printer choice was so easy. I would always get a HP deskjet and it would work flawlessly for many years. Today the printer world is a different story. What I am looking for from the community is a printer recommendation where the printer has been reliablility in use and still currently for sale. Please let me know the best of the best for both inkjet and laser. The inkjet would be something I can safely recommend to an end user for home use so the price should not break the bank. The laser is more for office recommendation where it should have network connectivity.

Thanks!!

Epson seems to have great Photo quality, and Kodak has cheep ink.

I still like HP for Network printers; however, stay way from anything below the 4000 Series. We have two 2000 Series printer who's NIC failed.
