OK first off I wont be overclocking that I know of, maybe down the line, but Im usually happy with stock speeds (Not to say I may not dabble in it sometime)

But im looking for an exelent cooler that won't cost a few fingers that could be spend on something better...

a Dumb side note is im goin RED with most things in my case (if any color @ all)
But here is my near future rig Its an LGA1366
Currently im looking @ COOLER MASTER V6 RR-V6SV-22PR-R1
good reivew ish, and its CM case. [Also can anyone provide a link to an extra fan for this H/F]

Or I ran across these and im not sure what im looking really... Just want something that AIR cools great!
COOLER MASTER Hyper N 520 RR-920-N520-GP
ZALMAN CNPS9900 NT 120mm 2 Ball (way to replace the green fan?)
COOLER MASTER V6 GT RR-V6GT-22PK-R1 120mm Duel Fan
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 92mm (I have the first one on my Q9650 and it works ok)
Scythe SCMG-2100 Sleeve

Also last thing... a recomended paste (or just use from the factory?)

Thanks 4 the Help!

You'll need a wide case if you want a V6GT at least 8.6" or so wide.
Also choose your ram wisely, kits over 41mm tall cause all sorts of install issues if not researched properly.

I recently got the CM V6 GT, used Arctic Silver 5 for paste.

Topic here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/262004-29-thoughts-co...

I'm very happy with it, it is definitely pretty tall though, probably less than an inch of clearance between my side door fan and the top of the V6GT. It is fairly noisy if you let it auto- but you can turn the fan down if it bothers you, its enthusiast class cooling. It does encroach one of my DIMM slots on 1156 slot, but doubt that is an issue with the 1366. Even so, as Davcon noted- low profile RAM will fit (Too bad I already got Patriot Viper II Sector 5's, won't be able to match sticks). =)

Thx yall, Im glad I asked cuz I think I ran into another question/Problem...

Here is my MB GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R LGA 1366
and RAM (Patriot G Series 'Sector 5' Edition 8GB (4 x 2GB)) I WAS thinking of but as it looks imma have to change either or both...

I looked @ the website from your Thread. At first it looked like I was gonna be clear but there MB has it slots a bit farther brom the proccessor where mine are right beside it.

So it looks like imma have to get alot shorter RAM or another MB but being a 1366 it doesnt seem like I got alot of options...ORRR change the proccess or to a 1156... Id really like to just change the RAM if possiable, This is a bit shorter than wahat i was looking @ CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (4 x 2GB). BUT do i need TRI-channel memory? and not quad? Ill admit ima bit lost and hell I might just go with the one Twoboxer suggested... May just change my memory...

Thank for anymore help ;)

You want and need a 3x2GB memory kit for your cpu/mobo/socket choice. You're spending a fair amount of extra money on memory that will perform identically to this:

at stock settings. Mushkin is a high-quality manufacturer, btw. OTOH, the Patriot memory *is* pretty though.

If you want slightly faster memory (lower latency), look at this:

Change that GX 750 non-modular psu out for an XFX 750 modular.
For a few dollars more you'll be glad you did.
Coolermaster GX-750 750W- 7/10
http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=...
XFX XPS Black Edition 750W Power Supply- 9.7/10

Since it seems like everyone says the XFX 750 power cables are short i would buy some extensions since the HAF X is big.
I would tend to agree with them my HX750 8pin cable just reached my mobo header in a mid tower.
I would probably buy the 12v 8 pin extension not too sure if you'd need the 24 pin though.
