I can't seem to get a straight answer.

Will a 780G chipset with HD3200 onboard with hybrid crossfire capabilities HXfire with a 4830?

My senses say no but I can't really get a straight answer!

no. It will only work with lower end cards like the hd2400, hd3450, and hd3470.

No, it only works with the 2400, 2400XT, 3450, and supposedly a 3470. It's not really worth it in my opinion since it really only gives you performance equal to about a 3650 in the best cases.
