Is this mboard compatible and which one is better

Hi, i have a power color ATI Radeon 4650 and an e7400 core2duo processor, now i want to get a mother board, but the choice is Asus P5KPL-AM and the P5N73-AM, or are there any other mother board that is in the same price range that would be better?

go with the intel chipset, they are less problematic than the NVIDIA chipsets.
