New MOBO + case = no power?

Well I replaced my case and mobo xD

Problem is when I hit the power button ugh... nothing happens! The psu worked fine in my old rig but now its acting like its not getting power ( no fan or anything ) and I tried another psu I had same problem as for the rest of the computer its acting dead any ideas? my mobo is the GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P and I have already RMA'd it once same problem.

I have also taken the psu back out as well as the Hard drive, memory,video card, and cpu (diffrent cooler ) and put them in my older rig ( a dell xps 410 ) and they work fine.

CPU specs:
mobo: GA-EP45-UD3P
case: NZXT. Tempest Crafted Series ATX Mid Tower
PSU: OCz StealthXtreme 700w
GPU: ATI 4870
Memory: G.Skill 4GB at 1066 ( 2x 2GB sticks )
Processor: Intel core 2 Extreme x6800

Have you checked if you have plugged in the headers of power button to the mobo?

yup pushed em all the way in several times.

only thing I can think of would be to make sure the right power connectors are connected to the mobo, Ie are you using a 8 pin pci-e power for the connector instead of the mobo aux power 12v connected to the mobo near the E in "durable", Roommate had same board and was able to use a 6 pin even I believe.

if mobo has a +5v standby light check if its on

or plug in a jumper for 1sec there where should be a power switch connected then plug jumper out and if all would be fine computer should start

Swap the power and reset switches to use the reset switch to turn on the computer.

Or the motherboard is bad.
