Driver for my matherboard

I'm looking to reuse a pc as a network server.

I installed windows 2003 server but now I need of drivers for my matherboard (under "device manager", behind "Other devices" I find a yellow "!" and also network card doesn't work).

I had same problem in the past, in that case someone counsel me to recover vendor and model of my devices using a small application.

Someone could help me?
