Hello,
system getting restarted frequently after this problem occured, disk boot failure insert system disk and press enter

Well, this is very little to go on. System getting restarted frequently could be any random issue, most likely you're getting BSODs, which would indicate some type of hardware or driver problem.

In any case, I'd recommend first to go to Control Panel > System > Advanced > Error Handling (or something like that, I can't recall the button name exactly) and uncheck the box saying "Automatically Restart on Critical System Error"

At this point, if you get a critical error your computer will show you an error screen instead of just rebooting. That blue screen should provide some insight into what the problem is and perhaps we can go from there.

The disk boot failure is most likely from your computer rebooting at a random point in time and windows not having a chance to shutdown properly. I'd recommend to go ahead and do as it asks you, get your recovery CD and pop it in.
