Does anyone know if this card is any good: Sparkle GeForce 9400 GT Video Card - 1GB DDR2, DVI, VGA, PCI-Express 2.0(it's fan-less)?
I've never used A fanless card are they any good for gaming?

A fanless card for gaming is unheard of. You should really go for a more powerfull card if your gaming. I would say that a 9600gt would be the minimum to get any sort of decent gameplay, but then again your other components have to be decent as well.
