Rong size memory in Xp Windows

Hello,I have 2x2GB DDR2 800 in a M2N MX SE bord. Bios recognize both RAm bords (in setup routine). Windows Xp report only 2.89 GB. What must Y do?

a 32-bit OS, no matter if XP, Vista, or Win7, will only recognize about 3GB of memory minus the shared memory for the video
