So I recently built a new rig and I'm trying to figure out as much as I can about overclocking before throwing myself at it. First off, the CPU is a i5 760, Mobo is a Gigabyte p55a-ud3 (rev 2.0, ram are Mushkins 2 x 4gb 1333mhz.

I'm trying to find out what my stock voltage is. I checked in the bios, under MB Intelligent Tweaker, at the very bottom I have:
V core 1.68 V
DRAM Voltage 1.568

Inside MB Intelligent Tweaker, I also have a lot of Advanced features, one of them being Advanced Voltage Settings. Inside that, I see:
CPU V core 1.21875 V

This is where I'm lost, which one is the stock voltage for 2.8ghz?
Here's my cpu at idle without any tweaking:

And this is where I tried the Easy Tune 6 OC'ing feature called Turbo 2 : CPU 3.15ghz / BCLK 150mhz
I got 3.3ghz instead though, different multiplier?
Based on all this, is it possible to determinate if I got a good chip?
