How to set password for a drive

i wish to put a security code on the selective drive of my hard drive i mean to say like local disc c d e f etc hw should i do please assist me on this :)

Your best way forward is to right click the drive in My Computer then look under the Sharing and Security tabs at the various options at keeping people out.

That will get one to share the drive; I see no other security options. Is it even possible to set security on a drive level ?
