My printer is offline for no reason

I can print from my laptop but not the desk which is also a wireless. it says printer is off line, We have a HP printer and new HP toucth screen coumpter, It was working not now

go to control panel, printers & faxes, click on printer, next screen click printer again, and make sure use printer offline is not checked.
