Over clocking amd 2 x4 2.8ghz

Hi i wondered if anybody can tel me which cooling system would be the best to use to overclock a amd athlon 2 x4 2.8ghz chip and if my motherboard is any good also for overclocking ECS A790 gxm. I would realy appreciate it if anyone can help?

ECS originally put the mobo out to reach into the entusist world but using larger passive coolers and you can find a bit more info in this post on 3dguru.com http://www.guru3d.com/article/ecs-a790gxm-mainboard-review/ assuming this is your spisific mobo. also are you looking for a good air cooling system or a liquid system for this AM3 socket chip?
