Fan and heatsink type for Core i7 920

I am preparing to build a Core i7 system with the X58 mobo and the 920 cpu. My question is this, I have no plans to overclock my Core i7, is there any reason why I would need anything more than the stock fan/heatsink? If I do, do any of you have any recommendations for the fan/heatsink?

if you aren't overclocking, the stock heatsink should be fine.
