I had to RMA My EVGA Video card to EVGA, and i called the guy and asked them if they send you a new card or a Refurb, and he said they send you a "recertified" card, fancy way of saying refurb, shouldnt they send a BRAND new video card replacment to you, Can anyone confirm this? Do they send new GFX's in a RMA or recertified cards.

They only have to send you a working card that is at least as good as the bad one you sent them.
