going to be upgrading my pc..with all the the advice given to me and the research I did, this is what I came up with..would ;like your opinion on the upgrade..thank you..here is the hardware im going to upgrade..

yea, thought about it.and will probably do that.. what's your advice on :AIR COOLING vs WATER COOLING?..I myself never had a problem with the air cooling ..here is the cooler I have now in my system: ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler

My recommendations for Water versus Air cooling are... if you plan on overclocking above 4GHz, than I would recommend water cooling... If you don't plan on overclocking above 4GHz but plan on overclocking, than a good aftermark air cooler will do the job... If you don't plan on overclocking at all, the stock cooler will do the job.

Your current cooler should have no problem keeping the Core i7 920 at good temps up to 3.6GHz.
