Does Microsoft offer a free video driverfor XP?

I bought a "refurbished" Dell D600. This laptop does not play You tube videos. How do I download the proper XP video driver?

For Youtube videos, you need to download Adobe Flash player for your browser, here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

If you need video drivers for gaming/better resolution/etc, simply go to the Dell website, and type in your PC 'Service Tag' on their website. It should be located somewhere on your laptop. If not, simply type in the model number.
