Overclocking a non ref HD 5850

hi guys, i was wondering if i could overclock a non reference hd 5850

    Yes use CCC or MSI Afterburner.
    The only thing you can't do is adjust the voltage.

    825-900/1150-1220 it's hard to say and depends on the card.
    Use something like Furmark/Kombuster to check for stability.

    ok thx man, i already tried the maximum overclock i can get on the CCC, was perfectly stable, now i will try with MSI kombustor
  5. Generally speaking you'll probably get ~850mhz core speed. Mine at stock volts are good up to about 870/875. For memory, most people seem to be able to get 1200. Might be 1170-1220 tho.

    i was not able to overclock... it showed artifacts and turned off once
