I'm looking at a few different motherboards (which are in my budget range) i was hoping someone might have some experience with either of them and then able to recomend me one, i will be doing some overclocking on both CPU and GPU(Gainward GTX 460 1gb golden sample, if its important) i won't be going with SLI so that isn't important :)

here are the options(listed from cheapest to most expensive, in my country)

MSI 770-C45: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130228 479DKK
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131398 595DKK
MSI 870A-G54: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130275 (USB3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s) 650DKK
ASUS M4A79XTD EVO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131402 695DKK
Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128443 (USB3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s): 695DKK
ASUS M4A87TD/USB3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131651 (USB3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s): 699DKK

My guess would be that the MSI 870-G54 is the best options, as it does have the highest chipset number(therefor assuming the best) and USB3+SATA III at the lowest price, but i'm not sure if it is worth the difference. As you can see i've posted the prices in DKK next to the motherboard, the value of DKK is rought 5.3DKK per 1$, you might be better able to figure out the "price" difference" if you knew the currencys value.

Solution
If you are going to over clock, take time to look at their respective websites and choose the board with more phases in it's on-board regulator.
