Where should I post My problem to Gigabyte?

I bought A gigabyte:Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.G31M-S2L(MotherBoard before 2 months.But I'm facing some problem with it.After installing the hardware Sometime It stopped working & showing a blue screen in my where a big error message is coming with a blue screen & At the end of that message it's showing *Begining dump of Physical memory*.I'm unable to retrieve the mail id from their website.I just need to be replaced my product from there company else i'll go to consumer forum to lodge a complain against that company.
