Samsung sh-s223l on a dimension 5150

Hi I just bought a samsung sh-s223l for my dell dimension 5150. As I was installing it I realized the wires inside the computer wasn't compatible to the writer. So my question is, Is there any way to install the writer (since its SATA) on a IDE computer? Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I have no clue on computers.

You would either need to buy a SATA PCI card, or return that drive and get an IDE one, no way to interface the SATA drive to IDE.
