EVGA E758-A1 bios Question

Hey all,

I just finished building my new i7 system with this motherboard.

On the EVGA forums, i found a new bios sz2f, stating s3 resume improvements.

Being pretty new at all this, i read through the thread and it seems that waking the computer from sleep causes voltage increases resulting in cpu overclock??

"The key thing to remember here is that this bios improves S3 and not resolves S3! my set up was happy coming out from S3 @ 3.6ghz on the old bios with this new bios I'm now up to 3.86ghz, yet to try 4ghz+ although I'm happy @ 3.86 as I can keep my volts down.

is this an issue at all if i'm not overclocking? (currently running on stock hsf due to budget)
