Weird Restart DETDRAM Glitch

I have the Asus Crosshair Formula III motherboard, and every time I restart my PC just before I get the post beep, my LCD poster displays DET DRAM LOCKED and the system just hangs and my monitor goes blank. If I power off my computer and power it on again it works fine again and continues I continue with my business, but wtf why does it keep doing this? I couldn't find any option in the BIOS pertaining to this what so ever.
