Need to determine RAM clearance

I am in the process of buying all the parts for a new i7 build and had been considering getting the Cooler Master V8 for CPU cooling. However based on its large size I am concerned that the RAM I was planning to get will not have clearance for the large heat fins.

Current RAM is G.SKILL PI Series 6GB (Newegg item N82E16820231335)

Anyone know if they will fit? If not should I change my heatsink cooling solution or go with a different RAM?

You should be ok if you never plan on adding more then 6gb of that ram.
I wouldn't pay more then $40 for a V8 though it's an average cooler.
The Hyper 212+ is just as good imo and cheaper.
