hey guys, i recently installed my ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD motherboard. the sound and USB ports work fine, but for some reason when i plug in an ethernet cable it wont read it. i used the same cable and plugged it into my laptop and it picked it up right away. i put in a wireless network card, but i really need the ethernet cable to work. does anyone know why it may not be reading the ethernet cable?

also, whenever i try and plug in a keyboard, it seems to have trouble reading that as well.

I know its obvious but is the ethernet card enabled in bios?
