Too annoyed of crashes and shutdowns

My Computer Specs

q8200 processor
elitegroup x48 black series (I don't care about it's crossfire feature =)
9800 gt 1GB
2GB ram ddr3
500GB sata2
550watts gigabyte superb (actually it's only 450watts and it says it can go 550 at peak)

Is my power enough? Even when I play games like red alert 3, crysis, and call of duty 4? Won't is shutdown or crash?

Your PSU has 2x18A 12v rails, plenty for your system, you will be fine.
