Need some help with a water cooling setup

I am interest in going with a water cooling system for my intel i7 930 . It is currently clocked to 3.5 from 2.8 and is running a bit hot on full load. I would like to build a water cooling system that will cool my cpu , gpu , north bridge, and hard drive . My Coolermaster Hyper 520N is running my pc idle around 40c and 70c full load . I want something that will make it run at the highest of 40c on full load (Preferably lower 0c on idle and 20c full load would be nice) . I have always done air cooling and i am newb to water cooling ....

1. What Complete water cooling kits are out there for the i7 that can cool it to the levels i want ? (please provide links)

Second, you will need ~$250-300 for the WCing loop JUST for the CPU.

I want something that will make it run at the highest of 40c on full load (Preferably lower 0c on idle and 20c full load would be nice) .

YOU CAN NOT GO BELOW AMBIENT WITH WATER COOLING!

^ Explain. Are you talking about below ambient? Or just an OC to 4Ghz w/HT and good load temps? READ the link! It will answer most/all of your questions.

my core clock is at 167 giving me 3.5 over clock ... when i raise the ram ratio to get higher ram speed it will not allow my computer to start ... ( meaning it posts loads the bios info but wont start windows 7 ultimate 64 bit with adobe cs5 master collection )
