HI! i'm kinda new here...but I really need some help here...

well I'm about to buy a radeon HD 4670 from Sapphire and a phenomII x3 710, but Idon't know if my PSU will deliver the power I need and I don't know if my mobo will get burned up!

these are my current system specs:

amd athlon x2 4050e (2.1 ghz 45w cpu)

4gb ddr2 800

250gb at 7200rpm sata (WD)

Asus m3a78-emh-hdmi (using on-board graphics ''radeon hd 3200" )

well and I've got a 300w PSU that came bundled with the case (that oem psu we all know...) these are the important specs:

2 12V rails, the first one is at 10A and the second one delivers up to 14A

I i've read is that the 4670 need a 400W with 18A 12V rails, and I don't know if my PSU will hold a 95w CPU and a HD4670 without burning my system up...need help..fast!

You should be fine. You will be using about 15 amps, plus safety margin of 3, total 18 amps on the 12v rails with that system. You have available about 18 amps on the 12v rails.

It would be better to get a good PSU. Generic PSUs have a tendency to burn up your entire investment when they go bad.

Certified power supplies are recommended. Refer to http://ati.amd.com/certifiedPSU for a list of Certified products.
