I have an Asus Crosshair motherboard that has an AM2 slot. I wanted to get a Kuma 7750. Asus confirms that the motherboard will support this processor. But I read that when using an AM2+ processor on an AM2 board, the processor is slowed down. Is there a difference? How much?

Also, is there a difference between XP and Vista when overclocking?

No one can answer either of these?

I have found that Vista is more stable for OC'ing (weird but true) but I am currently using Inhell CPU's so I can't answer your first question.
