Big computer problem

My ssd ( os) and 1 terabit hdd I stupidly switch from sata 1 and 2 connection to sata_E1 (orange port 0) and sata_E2 (white port thinking it was the correct configeration not knowing that the operating system dont go there and was erased when going to super speed mode. Now Im hosed...tried to go back to original configertation but now when reloading windows it does not see the ssd... and the hhd it does see is unable to create a new system partition. im stuck stuck stuck...please help.

Motherboard P6T
SSD Intel X25-M SATA Solid-State Drive 160GB
Sata Hard Drive 1 TB Western Digital Caviar Black

I tried several times to install windows 7 but it does not find the ssd drive and the terabit drive that it does find it cannot partition and cannot continue instalation

Try disabling the Esata Controller and disconnect the TB HDD leaving only the SSD. Make sure that your BIOS is set to SATA or perhaps even RAID in the BIOS and have the SSD accessed by your RAID controller (if you have one) as a non member disk.
